Black River Grass-Fed Beef LLC is offering a 1/2 order of clean and lean, 100% grass-fed beef. A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required to hold your product. This deposit will be applied to your order at the time your order is finalized. The average weight of our grass-fed 1/2 beef is 150-200 lbs., after processing. Processed weight is calculated at $12.00lb, this processed weight will determine the total balance for your beef order. A final invoice will be sent to you prior to the orders shipment or pick up date. Dates are scheduled as orders are received. You can talk with our experienced Butcher to choose your own or beef cuts or a standard variety package is available.
